KP CM says federal government serious in resolving problems
ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak met with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar here on Tuesday.
The meeting was also attended by Federal Ministers Khawaja Asif and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi along with Asad Umer from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The focus of the meeting was to address grievances of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in the water, power and gas sectors.

ISLAMABAD: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak met with Finance Minister Ishaq Dar here on Tuesday.
The meeting was also attended by Federal Ministers Khawaja Asif and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi along with Asad Umer from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
The focus of the meeting was to address grievances of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in the water, power and gas sectors.
The meeting also reviewed the National Finance Commission Award and tax-to-GDP ratio for KP.
During the meeting the Finance Minister said it was probable that KP would be included in the Energy Corridor while the KP CM said he had never boycotted the federal government.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Khattak said it seemed the government was serious in helping KP resolve its problems and that if the Judicial Commission is formed, all problems would be solved.
Khawaja Asif after the meeting, said that talks with the KP CM were positive and that the province was playing a leading role in the war against terrorism.
