KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan Chief Dr Farooq Sattar on Monday announced to hold a massive public gathering in Nishtar Park on December 30.
Addressing a press conference here Monday, Dr Farooq Sattar said, “A historical and unprecedented public gathering will be held on 30th of this month at Nishtar Park, where all the perceptions would be shunned. We will send a message to all Pakistan that Karachi was and will remain bastion of MQM.”
MQM leader said MQM was going to commence a decisive struggle to fight the case of Karachi.
He said MQM is the biggest party of urban areas of Sindh. The purpose behind not holding census since 1998 is to depict our population less, consequently restrict our political representation, he added.
Dr Farooq also announced to launch campaign soon to collect funds for political and welfare purposes.
