KARACHI: Junaid Jamshed's body is likely to be handed over to the family by Tuesday, according to his brother Humayun Jamshed.
Speaking to media officials, Humayun Jamshed (Junaid Jamshed's brother) said that the body of famed singer-turned-evangelist will be most probably handed over to the family on Tuesday.
Humayun said that a large place was being considered where funeral prayer of Junaid Jamshed would be held. In this regard, he said that the National Stadium in Karachi was being considered.
A PIA aircraft crashed into mountains near Havelian area of district Abbottabad, killing all 47 people on board on December 7.
Junaid Jamshed, pop star-turned preacher, was also aboard the flight along with his wife.
Nine of the total 47 crash victims have so far been buried in their native towns. The relatives of 38 passengers are still awaiting completion of DNA identification process.
