KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Wednesday recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition from a house during a raid in Gadap Town area of metropolis.
According to a statement, the weapons were likely to be used by an active militant wing found hidden at secret places in the house.
The arms and ammunition were kept in the house for use in target killings and other incidents of lawlessness in the city.
The recovered ammunition include a LMG, a 7mm, a 8 mm gun, two SMGs, a 9mm pistol, three 30 bore baby SMGs, three 12 bore repeaters, three TT pistols, one 32 bore revolver, and 1650 rounds of SMGs, 350 rounds of 8mm, 50 rounds of 12 bore, 50 rounds of 30 bore and 17magazines.
