KARACHI: Ex-senator and PPP leader Faisal Raza Abidi was arrested on Friday by law enforcement agencies and shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
According to sources, Faisal Raza Abidi was taken into custody from his residence located in Karachi's New Rizvia Society late Friday night. Law enforcement agencies also conducted a thorough search of his house before taking him into custody.
Faisal Raza Abidi was a PPP representative as well as a former senator, who resigned from the senate in 2014.
