KARACHI: Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah on Tuesday denied reports that Bilawal Bhutto had invited Dr Ishrat ul Ibad to join the party.
On his visit to Karsaz Martyrs’ Memorial on 9th anniversary of the tragedy, CM Sindh said that all the evidences of the incident were destroyed. He announced the formation of a special investigation team to probe the bomb blasts.
Chairman PPP wanted to discuss some political issues with Governor Ishrat and no such invitation was extended to him during the meeting, the CM added.
Replying to a question on accusations by Pak Sar Zameen Party (PSP) leader Mustufa Kamal on Monday, the CM said that Sindh Governor had been accused of many things, many times in the past as well. ‘People have owned him and disowned him, Governor is representative of the federation.’
