LAHORE: Police are conducting an investigation as to how a laser light was shone on an aircraft of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) on Saturday, when it entered into Raiwind's airspace.
According to details, when the national flag carrier arrived in Raiwind, a laser light was shone inside the aircraft's cockpit. The pilot of flight 306 immediately alerted the Civil Aviation regarding the incident.
The aircraft landed safely at Lahore airport, with more than 250 passengers on-board. On the directions of the Civil Aviation, the police are conducting an inquiry into the matter.
