SRI NAGAR: Authorities in Sir Nagar on Tuesday arrested Asiya Andarabi, leader of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, on the charges of inciting violence, Indian media reported.
According to reports she was arrested from Krale Khud area of Srinagar along with her close associate, Fehmeeda Sofi.
Indian police previously arrested her several times for hoisting the Pakistani flag and singing the country's national anthem. Anti-Indian sentiments run high in the valley after killing of popular youth leader Burhan Muzaffar Wani in an encounter by occupied forces.
