ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria on Tuesday said India’s External Affairs Minister disowned United Nations Security Council resolution by calling Kashmir an integral part of India in her speech at the General Assembly of the world body.
“Can Indian EAM explain that if Kashmir is an “integral part of India, why is it on the Agenda of Security Council,” he said on Twitter.
“Strange that Indian EAM is disowning the UNSC resolution and that too at the UN,” Nafees Zakaria in another Tweet.

In a string of Tweets the spokesman said the Indian minister’s reference to Balochistan was a continuous admission by New Delhi of its involovement in subversive activities in Pakistan. He said India was trying to divert world’s attention from atrocities on defenseless Kashmiris in the occupied territory but its efforts would not succeed.
