ISLAMABAD: PTI Chairman Imran Khan has stated that Raiwind march would be peaceful, however, if anyone tried to put hurdles, it would not be tolerated.
Speaking to media before departure to Lahore, Imran Khan said, “Peaceful protest is our right enshrined in the Constitution”.
Inviting again all political parties to join Raiwind march, Imran Khan said, “September 30 is an important day in the history of Pakistan”.
Khan urged the government not to hinder PTI’s Lahore march, adding that he would reach police station if any of his party’s worker was taken into custody.
To a question, Imran said, “I respect Justice (retd) Wajihuddin Ahmed a lot, if he wants to make a new party I will welcome this move.”
