FAISALABAD: Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah said on Sunday that the government would provide foolproof security to participants of PTI's upcoming Raiwind march on September 30.
Speaking to media personnel, Rana Sanaullah lashed out at PTI chairman Imran Khan and said that he had started out alone and would be left the same way in the end.
"Imran Khan would meet the same fate as that of Asghar Khan--he will be left alone in the end, just like he started out," said Rana Sanaullah.
The PML-N leader said that the party had made it clear its policy on not obstructing the PTI rally headed for Raiwind on September 30.
"Our workers will not disrupt the peace during PTI's rally in Raiwind. We will provide them with foolproof security," he said.
In a jovial manner, Rana Sanaullah said the government would also take care of the needs of the rally's participants, which included providing transport fare or even taking them to the place of the rally, if the need arises.
PTI has planned to protest by taking out a rally on September 30 against the government, for not taking action against PM Nawaz regarding the Panama Leaks controversy. Chairman PTI Imran Khan had warned of harsh consequences if the police or any of PML-N's loyalists attempted to assault participants of the rally.
