RAWALPINDI: A man gunned down his wife and his three in-laws in Rawalpindi, police and rescue sources said Saturday.
According to rescue sources, the incident took place at Chakwal road.
Police said the accused arrived at the house of in-laws to woo his estranged wife. After exchange of harsh words, accused Shams opened fire, killing his wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law.
He also took with him the minor son and managed to flee.
Police were searching the accused.
