KARACHI: Two children were killed and five other people were injured when roof of a mosque collapsed in Malir district on Tuesday, according to Geo News.
Rescue officials said five worshipers were recovered from the rubble and shifted to a hospital for treatment.
A collapsed metal awning killed at least six people after Friday prayers at a mosque in Karachi on June 10 this year. Similarly, 22 people were injured when as roof of a seminary collapsed December last year.
