KASUR: Police managed to gun down two robbers in Kasur on Saturday after an alleged encounter took place.
According to details, police killed two alleged robbers in Kasur's Usman Wala area. Police managed to kill two suspected robbers in an alleged encounter. Three managed to escape while the gun battle ensued.
Police revealed that weapons were recovered from the suspected robbers after they were killed. Two of the alleged robbers were identified as Rehmat alias Kali and Usman alias Mani. Police disclosed that the suspected robbers, who were five in total, had opened fire on police officers who were stationed at a nearby check-post.
