ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has returned the petition filed by chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, challenging Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s ability.
The registrar of the Supreme Court after making an objection, advised Imran’s lawyer to contact the concerned forum in this regard.
The petition was submitted previous day by the PTI lawyer Naeem Bukhari .
The registrar said that such case could not be directly filed in the Supreme Court.
