ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Saudi Defence Minister Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud on Sunday pledged to further enhance bilateral ties between the two countries and strengthen their cooperation in diverse fields.
The Saudi defence minister and deputy crown prince called on the prime minister at the PM House where the two figures discussed issues of mutual interest at both regional and international levels.
Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz received a warm welcome upon arrival at the PM House. A number of federal ministers and other higher-ups were present on the occasion.
Earlier upon his arrival at the airport the Saudi prince was received by Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif among other high ranking officials and members of the Saudi embassy in Pakistan.
