Security forces conducted a combing and intelligence operation near the Pak-Afghan border in Chaman and arrested eight terrorists, according to the ISPR. The armed forces have been conducting combing operations across the country, especially in some pockets of Punjab, to ensure the country remains free from militants and terrorists.
The Pak-Afghan border gate 'Bab-e-Dosti' has been shut since a week after Afghan citizens held a protest demonstration at their side of the border and desecrated the Pakistani flag in front of Afghanistan's security forces.
