RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif telephoned Director General (DG) Sindh Rangers Major General Bilal Akbar and directed him to maintain peace in Karachi at any cost.
General Raheel called DG Rangers shortly after workers of a political party besieged office of private TV channels in Karachi.
The Army Chief directed Major Bilal to bring the miscreants, who created unrest in the port city, to book.
