ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice (CJ) Nasir-ul-Mulk heard the petitions against the 21st Amendment on Thursday in the Supreme Court (SC).

The federation as well as provinces asked for time to submit responses in court while a response was submitted on behalf of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.
The Attorney General said that more time should be given by the SC so that all responses could be submitted at the same time in a full court session.
The SC also sent notices to all parties with regards to petitions against the 18th Amendment.
The CJ allowed 10 days to submit responses, adjourning the case till February 24.
