Rosanne Cash calls off three shows due to health woes

Rosanne Cash has cancelled three performances due to health issues.

The shocking announcement was made by her management on social media.

“Rosanne Cash must postpone her performances due to an unexpected medical emergency," the statement shared on Rosanne’s Instagram page read.

“She is recovering under her doctors’ supervision, who have recommended a temporary restriction on travel and performing," the singer's management's wrote.

“This restriction is impacting her upcoming Wyoming and Montana shows. Rosanne deeply regrets the cancellation and looks forward to rescheduling appearances," the statement concluded.

Rosanne was scheduled to perform in Sheridan, Wyoming, on September 8, followed by a show in Billings, Montana, on September 9.

She was also scheduled to perform in Bozeman, Montana, on September 10.

No further details regarding Rosanne's condition have been provided.

In 2007, Rosanne underwent brain surgery after being diagnosed with Chiari malformation.

“My cerebellum was very low in my skull, pressing into my brain stem, and the crowding was causing not only the pain, but it was affecting the autonomic reflexes of the body, like swallowing, breathing and balance," thr Grammy-winner artist  wrote in her book Music and Mind.

“I was not in good shape," she added.
