Bunnie XO reveals what fans didn’t see during her Jelly Roll divorce

Bunnie XO is opening up about the private pain she's been facing away from the camera despite putting on a brave face in public since her divorce from Jelly Roll.

The 46-year-old media personality revealed that the May split had a major effect on her health, saying there was a point when she “wasn’t eating.”

“There were moments when my team had to pick me up off the floor and give me IVs,” she said on the Open Book With Jenna Bush Hager podcast. “I was eating baby food to get by. I lost 20 pounds.”

Bunnie said fans may have thought she was handling the breakup well because she chose not to show her emotions on camera.

“I vowed a long time ago not to break down on camera,” she explained. However, she said she did speak about the breakup on her Dumb Blonde podcast and allowed viewers to see what she was going through.

Bunnie later removed the episode because she did not want to keep seeing that difficult period of her life. “I said what I needed to say. I made a s******* off of it,” she said. “If I was gonna do it for money, I would’ve left it up.”

She also discussed the divorce in her book but said she does not want to become “the freaking poster child for divorce.”

“It’s a very devastating situation that anybody ever has to go through,” Bunnie said. “Families get broken up. Hearts get broken. So it’s time to move on.”

Jelly Roll and Bunnie, who married in 2016, finalized their divorce in July. Their settlement covers property, vehicles, an aircraft and intellectual property, with other financial details remaining private.
