Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips and his new wife Harriet Phillips joined King Charles at Balmoral Castle for the royal family’s summer break.

King Charles and senior British royals had attended the wedding of Peter Phillips to nurse Harriet Sperling at a village in south-west England in June 2026.

The Princess Royal’s daughter, Zara, and son-in-law Mike Tindall, also arrived at Balmoral on Tuesday.

The monarch was welcomed by a Guard of Honour provided by the Balaklava Company, 5th Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland upon his arrival.

According to GB News, The Tindalls, as well as their children: Mia, 12, Lena, eight, and Lucas, five, joined the Phillipses to watch the ceremonial welcome from inside the castle grounds.

The outlet reported that Phillips's children, Savannah, 15, and Isla, 13, were also present. Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace released photos of King Charles’s arrival at Balmoral with a brief statement, without mentioning names of other royals who will be joining the monarch
