Princess Eugenie names her daughter after Queen Elizabeth II and others
Princess Eugenie announced welcoming her third child in a statement earlier this month
Days after the birth of her daughter, Princess Eugenie on Monday revealed the name of her third child in a social media statement.
Sharing a picture of the newborn on Instagram, she wrote ““2 weeks ago today we welcomed our girl to the world. And since then we've had the most special, cosy and love-filled time. “
The daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguison said, “We are so happy to share Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank. Named after three people we love and admire past and present, including her Great-Grandmother who we hold close in our hearts. Her name is part of English and Portuguese history, two places we love and call home. “
Eugenie already has two sons, August, who was born in February 2021, and Ernest, born in June 2023.
“Augie and Ernie are already the best big brothers,” she wrote referring to her two sons.
