Hayden Panettiere's final moving message comes to light after sudden death
Hayden Panettiere shares heartfelt advice in her final message before her unexpected death
Hayden Panettiere opened up about the life-threatening birth of her daughter and postpartum depression before her sudden death.
For those unaware, the renowned American actress, who starred as Claire Bennet on the NBC superhero series Heroes, passed away at the age of 36 on August 16, 2026, just a few days before her 37th birthday, as she was born on August 21, 1989.
In one of her final interviews with a parenting outlet, Mome, Panettiere talked about her motherhood journey with some advice for those going through a rough patch in their lives after embracing parenthood.
Referring to her 11-year-old daughter Kaya, she said, “I’ve been able to put her first no matter how I’ve felt or what I’ve experienced,” adding that she hoped “one day she’ll understand my story, and why I wasn’t able to be with her all the time.”
“I’m a work in progress — we all are. I take each day as it comes. I’m doing the work, and I’m doing my best,” the Scream star quipped.
Panettiere went on to convey a heartfelt message to other mothers, saying, “You’re stronger than you know. And you’re going to be just fine.”
It is pertinent to mention that Hayden Panettiere shares her only child, Kaya, with her ex-fiancé Wladimir Klitschko, a former professional heavyweight boxing champion.
