Nancy Guthrie’s son-in-law Tommaso Cioni’s movements questioned after FBI revisits missing grandmother’s home

In Nancy Guthrie's disappearance, initially her family, particularly Tommaso Cioni – her son-in-law – were zeroed in on by internet sleuths.

Due to him being the last person to see the 84-year-old at home, some personalities even went to lengths to accuse him of playing somewhat of a part in Nancy's alleged kidnapping.

Adding what seems to be his share into the mix is Jonathan Lee Riches, who is popular on social media as JLR and part of a group of self-styled investigators closely monitoring developments in the high-profile missing case.

With the FBI recently returning to Nancy's neighbourhood, one of her neighbours told Fox News Digital that the authorities were there to scour the desert behind her property.

Reacting to the new activity, Riches brought up what he described as questionable movements of Cioni near her mother-in-law's home two months after her abduction.

"What was Tommaso doing in the back of Nancy Guthrie's casita back in April? The FBI just searched that same area the other day," the YouTuber questioned in his post on social media platform X.

Beside the caption, he attached a clip appearing to show Cioni – who is married to Nancy's daughter Annie – walking near the home in a jacket and jeans.

However, the authorities have for a while pushed back against such speculation, which they term 'unwarranted'.

According to them, none of Guthrie's family members are suspects in the investigation.

Meanwhile, the disappearance of Nancy has been marked for over six months, with no suspect yet to be arrested.
