Jelly Roll hospitalized days before Bunnie Xo divorce news breaks

Jelly Roll suffered health complications and stayed briefly in a medical center days before his and Bunnie XO's divorce news broke.

​The country singer took to his TikTok account on June 11 and informed his followers that he "went to the hospital" a night before due to a sinus infection.

​As Jelly is currently on tour  with Post Malone for their "BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2," which officially kicked off on June 9, he praised the health care in Charlotte, North Carolina, for helping him recover for the show the next day.

​"Shout out to that whole hospital. They literally got me on my feet for the show," he said.

​The Need a Favor singer further shared his condition, noting, "I was puffy-faced," and that doctors "gave me a bunch of steroids."

​Because of his health scare, Jelly revealed, he missed some part of his concert at the time and that Post Malone also sent him well wishes.

​"The next night, he sends me a big flower bouquet," Jelly Roll said, revealing a note from the fellow musician that read, "Get well soon, Mofo! Love Ya."

​Jelly continued, "I love you Post, when I say on stage every night that Post Malone is the nicest human in the world. I'm not making that up. [He's] the most normal dude in the world. Like I love you, Post."

​This video came out a few days before the news that Jelly and his wife of 10 years, Bunnie Xo, split was reported on June 15.

​As per court documents obtained by multiple outlets, the pair decided to part ways due to "irreconcilable differences." The divorce was filed by Jelly on May 18 while the date of separation was listed as May 9.

Following the filing of the divorce, Jelly also removed Bunnie's name from his Instagram bio.
