Shakira shocked as man crosses line mid-performance
Shakira fans furious after man gropes and kisses her mid-concert
Shakira has received support from her fans after a disturbing incident during one of her recent concerts.
During the Whenever Wherever songstress' recent Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour concert at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, she faced harassment from a man while interacting with fans mid-show.
In the video shared online, Shakira can be seen singing and engaging with audience when a man forcibly grabbed her shoulder and kisses her face.
Shakira was left shocked and handled the moment professionally by leaving the spot immediately.
However, the Waka Waka hitmaker's fans were left furious, expressing their anger online.
One user wrote on Instagram, "I think it’s disrespectful to the artist. Because of people like that, artists need to be surrounded by bodyguards."
Another added, "It seems to me a disrespect towards the artist, for those kind of people artists should be surrounded by bodyguards."
"When artists limit themselves to having contact with the public, they finish it but see how far the disrespect goes," the third comment read. Another user also noted, "The same would happen to anyone."
Shakira began her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour in February 2025 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
