Princess Charlotte outshines royals including Kate, William and George in 2025

Princess Charlotte's piano performance with Kate Middleton has become the most popular video  on the official YouTube channel of the Prince and Princess of Wales since her mother Princess of Wales announced last year that she had completed her preventive chemotherapy . 

The video of Kate Middleton and her daughter performing a piano duet together for a Christmas carol service last week has crossed two million views on YouTube.

The last time a video on the William and Kate's YouTube channel crossed one million was when Kate Middleton said in September last year that she had finished her course of preventive chemotherapy for cancer.

Even a video featuring Prince George and Prince William during a joint engagement this month couldn't reach half a million views on the channel.

Last week, Prince Kate and Princess Charlotte's  performance of a piece of music by Scottish composer Erland Cooper was pre-recorded at Windsor Castle specifically for the event's Christmas Eve broadcast on ITV1. 

Kensington Palace had teased the clip ahead of the programme with a video of Catherine and a then unknown person playing the piano captioned "a special duet."

A clip of their performance was later shared on the official Instagram account of the Prince and Princess of Wales with the caption, "Love and connection through music.
