Brad Pitt has sold his "Steel House" to Austin Butler months after it was raided by robbers.
The Elvis star paid a hefty amount in order to gain the property from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-star.
The transaction happened just two years after Pitt bought the house from oil heiress Aileen Getty for $5.5 million.
According to real estate sources for TMZ, Butler paid $5.2 million for historic Los Feliz property.
The house features new three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has just over 2000 square feet of living space, and features solar panels, a luxury built in sauna and an expansive outdoor pool among other facilities.
The deal between the F1 star and The Bikeriders actor came almost three months after Pitt’s estate was targeted by thieves.
Previously, an LAPD spokesperson told Page Six that three suspects "ransacked" the property in late June 2025 after scaling a fence and breaking through a front window.
The incident happened during the time the father of six was away doing press tour for F1.
Following that Pitt in September, purchased a $12 million Hollywood Hills estate with upgraded security features.
The spacious 8,385-square-foot Spanish-style property features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, in addition to a theater, fire pit and pool, but it was the home’s security features that reportedly drew Pitt to it.
"He wanted somewhere that could provide an optimal security system and privacy, and this place caught his eye," a source previously told The Post.
Meanwhile, Butler is yet to comment on about the property purchase.
