Kate Beckinsale gets new tattoo in memory of late mother
Kate Beckinsale's mother actress Judy Loe passed away on July 15
Kate Beckinsale’s new tattoo is packed with emotions.
Four months after actress Judy Loe passed away on July 15, her daughter debuted an ink art on her body, dedicated to her late mother.
In an Instagram post on Friday, November 21, the Jolt star posted a couple of photos of her arm, showcasing a full-length sketch of her mom.
Just above the inked tribute honouring her the television actress the words "Fatherless scum" were engraved.
In addition, a picture of the feral fox, Peepo, that she had been feeding in her backyard was also on full display.
"If everyone would stop dying I wouldn’t have so many tattoos," the Canary Black actress captioned the carousel and tagged the tattoo artists.
The series of photos featured the same hand, captured from several angles and both black-and-white and coloured filters were applied.
The final image in the post is a vintage candid shot of her mother, which appears to be the reference for the tattoo.
Loe wears a slim long-sleeve top, hot shorts and knee-high white Go-go boots in the picture with a fishing owl from Malaya named Fred sitting on her shoulder.
The snapshot is from the British children’s fantasy TV series, Ace of Wands, which aired in the 1970s.
