ISLAMABAD: In a bid to improve its image by providing quality services to passengers, the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced on Tuesday the launch of its 'Premium Service' from August 14.
According to details, PIA chairman Azam Saigol spilled the beans about the Premium Service in an interview with an international media organization and said that the service had been started to provide convenience to passengers.
It has also been learnt that a professional team from Sri Lanka has been hired which is present in Karachi to train the PIA staff to perform their duties in the best possible way for the Premium Service.
The PIA chairman stated in the interview that based on customer complaints regarding the behaviour of the crew, a three-week training program for the crew had been arranged. Daughter of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz also took to her Twitter account and shared the news jubilantly:-
