QUETTA: Former Balochistan Secretary Finance Mushtaq Raisani was presented before an accountability court on Monday to attend the proceedings of the corruption case against him.
NAB authorities were granted an additional 10-day remand of the former Balochistan Secretary Finance on request of the bureau.Till date, NAB authorities have sought and received a physical remand of Mushtaq Raisani six times.
Mushtaq Raisani was arrested from his office at civil secretariat on May 6 by NAB officials. Rs 730 million were recovered from Raisani's residence in the form of local and foreign currency.
However, former accountant of Khaliqabad, Nadeem Iqbal will also appear before the accountability court in the mega corruption case.
