ISLAMABAD: PTI chief Imran Khan handed over the task of pacifying disgruntled party leaders to Jahangir Khan Tareen.
According to sources, Jahangir Khan Tareen has already contacted disgruntled PTI members of National Assembly and Provincial Assembly. Reportedly, Tareen assured them that their apprehensions would be solved within four to five days.
Sources also revealed that the discontented PTI party members warned Tareen that if their concerns were not addressed then they would rally the public in protest on July 29 against the KP government.
It had been revealed by sources that PTI chief Imran Khan had initially directed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak with pacifying the disgruntled PTI members. However, Khattak had claimed that the reservations of the party members were illogical.
The previous day, some disgruntled elements from within the party had voiced their displeasure at the attitude of provincial ministers and on the issue of distribution of funds.
