Ed Kelce verdict on Travis, Kayla Nicole relationship circulates amid drama
Ed Kelce saw glaring warning signs in Travis’ former relationship with Kayla Nicole
Ed Kelce appeared to have noted the alarming signs in Travis Kelce’s relationship with Kayla Nicole even before they ultimately broke up.
A video of Papa Kelce dissecting the relationship is currently making rounds on social media, in the wake of the online controversy between the sportscaster and Taylor Swift.
In the clip, Ed is heard saying, "he [Travis] just isn't ready to settle down. And unfortunately, I think she was. I think she got tired of waiting. Certainly not going to advocate for settling down because it's time.”
The dad of two continued, “In fact there was a point right after Jason got married when Travis was talking about you know maybe it's time I settle down, … but no place in that did he mention Kayla's name and if this is someone you want to spend your life with and are ready to get married and want to settle down and start a family that should have been the first thing out of your mouth. If your primary focus isn't on the woman you're going to marry then don't get married.”
However, Ed’s opinion on the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s current relationship with the pop superstar is completely different. In the interviews after the couple’s engagement, he shared that he had been instead, urging his son to pop the question sooner.
Although the interview about Kayla and Travis is from a few years back, it has resurfaced because of the present social media drama involving Kayla, which has led her to deactivate her X account.
