PESHAWAR: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has arrested four more accused in the Rs40 billion mega corruption scam in Kohistan, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to 36.
According to NAB officials, the arrests were made during operations in Kohistan and Abbottabad. The newly arrested accused have been identified as contractors Syed Nasser and Gul Zada, government official Nawabzada and private individual Sabr Jamil.
NAB has also recovered Rs18 million in cash during the latest operation. The Kohistan mega scam involves massive financial corruption in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
