LAHORE: An earthquake jolted various parts of Punjab on Sunday evening, with no loss of life or property reported.
According to details, the earthquake was measured at 4.4 on the Richter scale. The earthquake was measured at 10 kilometers deep underground.
The epicenter of the earthquake was detected at 37 kilometers south-west of Lahore.
The earthquake was experienced in parts of Punjab which include Pattoki, Pakpattan, Okara and Sahiwal. Jolts were also experienced in Sheikhupura and Kamoke. The Indian city of Amritsar also experienced jolts due to the same earthquake.
No loss of life or property along with any injury has so far been reported in the earthquake.
