ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Tuesday announced the official results of its election for 2025-2026.According to the official results, Asma Jahangir Group has achieved a clear victory.
Asma Jahangir Group candidate Advocate Haroon Rashid has been elected president for one year with 1,898 votes.The final results are as follows:President: Advocate Haroon Rashid — 1,898 votes (Asma Jahangir Group); Vice President (Balochistan): Liaqat Ali Tareen — 1,853 votes; Vice President (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa): Fazal Shah Muhammad — 1,740 votes; Vice President (Punjab): Khalid Masood Sindhu — 1,882 votes; Vice President (Sindh): Malik Khushhal Khan Awan — 1,612 votes; Secretary: Malik Zahid Aslam Awan — 1,915 votes; Additional Secretary: Sardar Tariq Hussain — 1,835 votes; and Finance Secretary Saira Khalid Rajput — 2,049 votes
Furthermore, candidates from Asma Jahangir Group have also been declared successful on all nine executive committee seats from Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh.
