ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced holding of mandatory National Management Course (NMC) required for promotion to Grade-21.
The course will be conducted at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore, from January 5, 2026 to May 8, 2026.
The Establishment Division has called for nominations of Grade-20 or equivalent officers from federal ministries, divisions, provincial governments, autonomous and semi-autonomous organisations, as well as from governments of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), by November 5, 2025.
According to the notification issued by Establishment Division, only those officers should be nominated who are permanent in Grade-20, fall within the promotion zone, and have no pending disciplinary proceedings against them. However, officers whose disciplinary cases have been pending for over one year may still be nominated.
