Miley Cyrus still holds grudge against ex Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus lashes out at former husband Liam Hemsworth as he is all set to tie the knot with fiancée and actress Gabriella Brooks.

A source close to the Flowers singer revealed to Radar Online that she continues to harbour bitterness six years after her split from the Hunger Games actor.

An insider said, “Even all these years later Miley is still hanging on to so much resentment.”

“Looking back, she feels like Liam treated her terribly,” stated a source.

At the time, she was a huge pop star and still is, therefore, she can only imagine the way he's treating Gabriella, who's got nowhere near Miley's level of power, according to an insider.

“She says she feels sorry” for Gabriella, however, the source noted that there's “zero chance Liam has changed and he's bound to be playing all the same head games as he always has”.

“She's telling friends he was selfish and cold and always left her feeling never quite good enough,” explained an insider.

The source pointed out, “The more time passes, the more she resents him and feels like he wasted years of her life.”

Another source revealed that Miley expressed her anger over people’s thinking about Liam, who they believe, is this “down-to-earth guy who just couldn't handle life in the fast lane when it was the other way around”.

The tipster opened up that the former pair, who dated on and off for eight years before tying the knot in 2018, parted ways over their different lifestyles.

“Miley admitted there was too much conflict to make it work,” said an insider.

Meanwhile, the singer has moved on with her new boyfriend Maxx Morando, whom she started dating back in 2021.

However, lately, Liam’s engagement news infuriated Miley and she began spitting venom for him.

“Miley doesn't buy for a second that he can make a marriage work,” concluded a source.
