ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has claimed in a video message, available on social media, that to his information, an intelligence agency is facilitating Aleema Khan.
He confirmed her statement that he had talked about her to PTI founder chairman Imran Khan during his recent meeting with him in jail and that it was his responsibility to inform him about the situation. Gandapur said he met the PTI founder after five months and made changes to the provincial cabinet as per his instructions.
“Imran Khan is my leader and I am loyal to him, it is my right to tell him the truth because complaints are made by hypocrites and I have not made any complaints,” he said.
He noted that despite being in the protest, Aleema Khan’s son was granted bail in three days. He confirmed to have informed his leader about the “institutions working to weaken the party deliberately and remaining in touch with her”.
“This is causing harm to the party founder’s cause and chances of his release. I informed him about all this because I am loyal to him and it is my duty to apprise him of what is going on,” he explained.
Earlier, Aleema Khan claimed that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has leveled allegations against her during a meeting with the PTI founder in the Adiala Jail.
Talking to media at Dahgal checkpoint near Adiala Jail, a journalist asked her that there are reports that Ali Amin Gandapur had lodged complaints against her during a meeting with the PTI founder on Monday. Aleema said Gandapur has told the PTI founder that she is facilitating agencies and also wants to become the party chairman.
The sister of the party founder said that Gandapur has alleged that social media is also controlled by Aleema Khan. She said that her brother “will remain the party chairman”.
