KARACHI: The wait is finally coming to an end. Pakistan’s biggest music reality show, “Pakistan Idol 2025”, will kick off on October 4, making its grand return to television screens. The country’s most celebrated musical competition will be aired exclusively on Pakistan’s leading entertainment channel, Geo TV.
With hearts racing and dreams glittering in the eyes of thousands of young aspiring singers, excitement has reached its peak as the nation’s most-awaited music show makes a comeback. The judges’ panel this season features an iconic lineup: Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Fawad Khan, Zeb Bangash, and Bilal Maqsood, while the ever-energetic and witty Shafaat Ali will host the show.
Together, their presence promises a magical blend of expertise, melody, and entertainment never seen before on Pakistani television. Earlier, auditions began in Sukkur and continued in Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Karachi, where hundreds of young singers participated.
From classical renditions to regional melodies, extraordinary voices emerged from every city. Among them were differently-abled and visually impaired contestants, whose passion for music left both the judges and audiences deeply moved. Now, this remarkable talent will step onto the grand stage, where their skills, stories, and dreams will be tested before the star-studded judges’ panel.
The competition will showcase not just their voices, but also their journeys of perseverance and dedication. As anticipation builds, one question dominates: Who will be crowned Pakistan’s next superstar? The answer begins to unfold on October 4, when Pakistan Idol 2025 premieres, only on Geo TV.
