ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday clarified that the petitions filed by judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) are undergoing the normal process of procedural scrutiny and that any order will be issued in due course.
In a statement, Dr Shahid Hussain Kamboyo, public relations officer of the apex court, said the judiciary fully acknowledges the public’s right of access to information. However, he stressed that details concerning judicial or administrative proceedings must be officially verified before being disseminated.
