RAWALPINDI: Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand has adjourned the Toshakhana-II case until September 24 (Wednesday). The adjournment came after the court recorded the statements of the final two prosecution witnesses against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.

Both accused were also presented in the courtroom for the hearing. The statements of NAB officer Mohsin Haroon and FIA Assistant Director Shahid Pervez were recorded, concluding the testimony phase for the prosecution. No further witnesses would be presented. To date, statements from 20 witnesses have been recorded, with the cross-examination of 18 already completed. The defence lawyers would cross-examine the last two witnesses on the next hearing date.
