Court orders proceedings to declare property tycoon, son proclaimed offenders

ISLAMABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasr Minallah Baloch Saturday ordered proceedings to declare Bahria Town Chief Executive Malik Riaz and his son Ali Riaz Malik proclaimed offenders in two cases involving alleged money laundering of Bahria Town funds abroad.
The hearing of case number 58 was adjourned to September 15 and the hearing of case number 59 to September 17, to the extent of the other accused appearing in court.
