Aaron Phypers, Denise Richards divorce proceedings take surprising turn

Aaron Phypers makes bombshell claims about ex Denise Richards as their divorce proceeding gets uglier.

Phypers accused Richards of not making the adoption of her 14-year-old daughter, Eloise, legal despite the fact that he had signed adoption papers and had raised the child as his own.

As per court documents accessed by People, Phypers made the claim Wednesday, August 20 that she ‘failed’ to file the adoption papers.

Therefore, now ‘despite raising’ Eloise ‘as his own’ and having a bond with ‘his daughter’ of ‘over nine years’, he still cannot be called her father legally.

This has caused him immense pain and ‘immeasurable harm and demonstrates the imbalance [Richards] maintains in this matter’.

It is pertinent to note that Richards had adopted Eloise in 2011 when she was just an infant. Phypers took the decision to give her his name legally the same year he married Richards, that is 2019.

His social media presence is also not devoid of Eloise as he puts Instagram posts referring the little girl as his own daughter.

For the unversed, just recently the news came that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum filed a request to remove her ex from their rental home as he allegedly failed to pay rent.
