LONDON: Pakistan batter Haider Ali has been given two-week bail extension by the Greater Manchester Police after a British Pakistani woman accused him of rape at a local hotel.
Haider Ali was set to appear before the police on August 20 but the police have told him to appear after two weeks. Meanwhile, the investigation will continue into the allegations.
In his police interview, Ali had denied the rape allegation.
