Talking to officers at Mepco Bahawalpur Circle, he told that the App provides the facility to consumers to upload a clear picture of the meter and file complaints. The ‘Apna Meter, Apni Reading’ system would not only bring accuracy in the billing process but would also increase trust between consumers and the company.H said that providing the best and most modern customer services to consumers during the current financial year was their top priority.
