Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena opens up about his fitness journey
Joseph Baena talks about ONE thing that helped him in physical transformation
Arnold Schwarzenegger’s younger son Joseph Baena got candid about what helped him stay focused on his rigorous fitness journey.
The 27-year-old shared with his social media followers about his physical fitness routine and the ‘one sport’ that he stuck to throughout this time.
The White Lotus star Patrick Schwarzenegger’s younger brother took to Instagram July 18 to reflect on how far he has come over the past years.
“People sometimes forget that I used to be chubby in high school,” the Dancing With The Stars alum began the caption of the post.
“I got cut from my basketball and soccer team because I couldn’t keep up with the other kids. Swim didn’t have tryouts thankfully and completely changed my life forever.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Baena’s son further detailed about swimming as his ‘introduction to fitness and training’.
He also shared with his Instagram followers that despite the fact he has tried multiple other high intensity sports over the past years, swimming is what he has been doing since young age.
“Everyone starts somewhere,” Joseph ended the caption, “but starting is the most important.”
Major evidence of the impact of his activities on his physical health and stamina is that in 2023, he competed in his first triathlon.
