GUJRANWALA: Police on Tuesday arrested two suspects who allegedly raped and murdered their disabled cousin.
According to details, a twelve-year old disabled boy was allegedly raped by his cousins, who also killed him. The crime took place at the outskirts of Gujranwala.
Police claimed that the body of the disabled child had been thrown into the fields after he had been raped and killed. The suspects, who happen to be cousins of the victim, were on the run after allegedly committing the crime.
The postmortem report confirmed the fact that the child had been raped. Reportedly, the suspects also confessed to committing the rape and murder during the initial investigation.
Police registered a case against the suspects for raping and killing the disabled boy.
The victim was a student of sixth grade who used to attend a special education centre in People’s Colony.
