King Charles' key asset Princess Anne performs significant royal duty
Princess Anne represented King Charles at a key royal engagement where the hardest working royal also received the prestigious honour.
The Princess Royal paid a first visit to the Royal Navy Sailing Association (RNSA) in Gosport.
As per a statement released on the Royal Navy Sailing's official Instagram page, Princess Anne marked the charity's 90th anniversary with her significant visit.
It is important to note that Zara Tindall's mother was recently appointed Admiral and Patron of RNSA.
During her visit, she "met the charity's trustees, key personalities, and supporters, to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of the RNSA's 5000-strong community."
The spokesperson of the organisation shared that the association was founded in 1935 "with the mission of encouraging the sport of sailing in the Royal Navy, the RNSA remains dedicated to this purpose 90 years later."
Notably, Princess Anne was honoured by the chief executive of the association who showered praises on the key royal figure for agreeing to become a part of RNSA.
As per Daily Echo, Philip Warwick said, "The Royal Navy Sailing Association is absolutely thrilled and honoured that Her Royal Highness has agreed to be our Patron and Admiral on our 90th anniversary."
He added, "Her endorsement will provide the ideal impetus and energy for the RNSA to further its charitable work and engagement with its members."
Moreover, Princess Anne received beautiful flowers from one of the RNSA’s Youth Crew.
